How do I know that I have enrolled in a class?
Please check your email for a confirmation. Also, if our registration system shows that your progress is not 100% complete, it is typically because you have not completed payment. We do not require payment prior to the first day of class. If you haven't paid online, your progress bar will show that registration is not complete, but you can disregard that as long as all other forms are complete.
I forgot my password.
Please do not create a new account. If you forgot your password, there is a password reset option. Please select, "Forgot my password."
I need to unenroll. How do I get a refund?
Please log back into your account and remove the class from your cart. At this time, refunds are by check and will be sent within two weeks from when we receive request.
I am not receiving emails.
We use the email address that you provided at the time of registration. It is possible that the email has gone to junk or spam, so please check all inboxes. It is also possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have checked all inboxes and still do not find anything from us.
I need to change my class selection.
Please log in to your account. Remove the class that is currently in your cart and select a new class.
